ROLES

Crew Members positions include cashier, expeditor, line cooks, and prep cooks. 

Cashiers help provide the highest level of customer service and speak colorfully about the menu to guests. 

Expeditors are the kitchen conductors, they ensure all food comes out at the right time with the right modifications and gets into the hands of the right people. 

Line Cooks work together to prepare the freshest fried chicken dipped in our house made sauce into our sandwiches, tenders or wings.

Prep Cooks make all of our house made sauces, spice mixes, and help the line stay stocked. 

Shift Leads help lead our team to success. They work side by side with our crew and oversee their assigned shift to make sure things run smoothly. 

Shift Leads are responsible for intaking and putting away inventory, training the team and ensuring quality of service, holding team members accountable to store policy, and following proper cash handling. 

Assistant Managers work with the owners and Shift Leads to make sure the team is set up for success. They work closely with the team and owners to find and solve any problems that come up along the way. 

Assistant Managers are responsible for ordering inventory, creating the schedule, holding team members accountable to store policy, and maintaining proper health and safety policies in the restaurant.
