a message from hot chi’s founders

Two years ago, something changed at Revival Food Hall. And we didn't know it at the time, but things would never be the same again.

Here's what actually happened: the food hall didn't close. It changed hands and became Sterling Food Hall. Same great vendors, same location at 125 S Clark St, just under new management.

But the way the transition was announced made it sound like everything was shutting down. A lot of Chicago believed that. We don't blame them because that's exactly what it looked like.

What we haven't said publicly until now: we never fully bounced back from that. The confusion cost us a real chunk of the community that used to grab lunch with us every week.

We're still here. Same Hot Chi fried chicken sandwiches, salads & tenders you used to order.

Same reliable weekday lunch spot feeding busy + hungry downtown community.

If you used to be a regular, we'd love to see you again. Come by, say hi, see what's changed

(not a ton, honestly, still really good chicken).

And if you've got a friend who used to eat with you at Revival and just assumed it was gone, do us a favor and let them know we're still standing!
